Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns TV career started in 1995, when she portrayed Peg the character from the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns became a participant in Baywatch the action-drama show in 1998. The following year, she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns later quit Baywatch due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV and a performer for nearly 10 years. Her most notable role is as Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She became famous for Shallow Hal (2001), an action film that was commercially profitable.
